KUWAIT CITY, Nov 6: The Criminal Court, headed by Judge Dhuwaihi Al-Dhuwaihi, has sentenced three employees of the General Administration of Customs to seven years in prison and fined them 447,000 dinars. The court also ordered their dismissal from service after they were found guilty of misappropriating unauthorized financial allowances.
The court further decided to suspend sentencing for 23 other employees on the condition that each submits a pledge and a financial guarantee of 500 dinars, committing to maintain good conduct for two years. The forged documents in the case were ordered confiscated.
