KUWAIT CITY, Nov 21: The Civil Circuit of the Court of First Instance ordered an expatriate tenant of a mechanic garage in Shuwaikh Industrial Area to pay KD 125,000 to a Kuwaiti businessman as value of the profit for the use of the property belonging to the latter.
According to the lawsuit filed by counsel to the landlord Lawyer Abdul-Mohsen Al-Qattan, his client owns the garage for which he got license to repair light and heavy equipment. The defendant was using the property without paying any rent or profit. So, his client had to sue him for collection of value of the rent and profit from the date the usage began.
