The Open Table Tennis Championship ended on Thursday, May 5 with Tadamon Sports Club emerging as winners followed by Yarmouk Sports Club.

Tadamon Sports Club also won the overall excellence cup in Table Tennis after topping the winners’ table with a total of 19 points. Fahaheel Sports Club also got 19 points but it was placed second because Tadamon Sports Club won first place in many of the competitions.

The third place for the excellence cup was shared by Qadsiya and Kuwait sports clubs with 14 points each.

During the closing ceremony of the championship, Chairman of the Kuwait Olympic Committee Sheikh Talal Al-Fahad crowned the Tadamon’s table tennis team with the championship cup and the overall excellence cup.

Sheikh Al-Fahad was accompanied by the Treasurer of Kuwait Table Tennis Federation Ali Al-Kandari, Chairman of Competitions Committee Ali Al-Mutairi and the board members of the federation’s administration.
