Syrian held for breaking into trucks

KUWAIT CITY, March 22: An unidentified Syrian who has been breaking into parked trucks and stealing electronic items is behind bars, reports Al-Anba daily.
The daily added, five Afghans caught the suspect red-handed and handed him over to the police. During interrogation the Syrian admitted to committing 23 thefts inside the Fahaheel Industrial Area.
Police have seized from the Syrian tools which he used in breaking into the vehicles. Meanwhile, security authorities have arrested several young men and seized their cars for making stunts at one of the roundabouts in Jahra following the rainfall last night, reports Al-Rai daily.
