LONDON , Sept 25, (Agencies): Approaching her 50th birthday, Kate Moss is treading cautiously into this new phase of her life. In an interview with The Times, published ahead of her milestone birthday in January 2024, the supermodel openly discussed her feelings about aging, revealing that she's in "denial" about reaching this significant milestone.

"I'm not turning 50," Moss asserted, firmly rejecting the idea of embracing this new decade. She added, "No. I'm not thinking about it. I do not feel 50." Kate Moss, who is a mother to Lila Moss Hack, aged 20, from her previous relationship with Dazed Media founder Jefferson Hack, is resolute in her desire to stay young at heart.

When queried about whether she has undergone any cosmetic procedures like fillers or Botox, Moss maintained an air of secrecy, responding with, "No comment. Au naturel. Next [question]." She keeps her beauty regimen close to the chest.
Instead, Moss, who has ventured into wellness with her brand Cosmoss, which offers products like fragrances and teas, shared that she has adopted various self-care rituals to nurture her mental and physical well-being as she gracefully ages. One of her unique practices involves "moonbathing," an Ayurvedic tradition where she basks under the moonlight to absorb lunar energy. During the full moon, she goes a step further, using this celestial light to "charge" her crystals.

She described the process, saying, "I put all my crystals on a tray and put them outside in the garden, just cleansing the crystals, charging the crystals."
The iconic supermodel, who has graced the runways and campaigns of prestigious fashion houses like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Calvin Klein, and Alexander McQueen, also shared her daily morning routine. She starts her day with a 10-minute meditation session and recites affirmations, emphasizing messages like "embrace the unknown" and "trust the universe, and it will lead the way."

In a separate revelation earlier in the year, Moss's daughter, Lila, following in her mother's modeling footsteps, discussed how she admires Kate's fashion choices. However, she noted that nowadays, Kate sometimes envies her daughter's style. Lila humorously recounted how she'd often replicate her mother's outfits, consisting mainly of black and gray ensembles. But now, Kate Moss finds herself occasionally coveting Lila's fashionable looks.

In May, Kate Moss expressed her admiration for the Queen and her hopeful anticipation for the reign of King Charles. She praised his values regarding sustainability and the environment, seeing it as a promising new era in Britain.

Beyond the glitz and glamour of the fashion world, Kate Moss has developed a passion for gardening. She tends to her vegetable patch, cultivating potatoes, tomatoes, onions, garlic, lettuce, and arugula. She proudly uses these homegrown vegetables to create Sunday lunches for her daughter, Lila.

While Moss admitted to still occasionally indulging in cigarettes, she acknowledged the impact it can have on one's skin and hinted at the possibility of quitting in the future. She also revealed a change in her lifestyle, bidding farewell to the London party scene and opting for an early bedtime. Her go-to choice for winding down before sleep? The television show "Frasier," a soothing bedtime companion.

As Kate Moss approaches her 50th birthday, she remains an icon of grace, style, and evolving beauty, embracing both her past and her future with characteristic allure.
