KUWAIT CITY, Sept 15: The summer scorching heat in Kuwait is forecast to begin subsiding on the weekend amid dust-triggering northwesterly winds. The forecaster at Kuwait’s meteorological center, Abdul Aziz Al-Qarawi, told KUNA on Thursday Kuwait is currently witnessing weather transformation, with rapid changes due to the passing of residues of the seasonal Indian low pressure.
