KUWAIT CITY, April 25 : The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has agreed to open the door for Director General of the Public Authority for Agricultural Affairs and Fish Resources (PAAAFR) Engr Ali Al-Farsi confirmed that someone uprooted a line of palm trees along the Arabian Gulf Street in a bid to have a clear view of Al-Badel Stadium, which he established, reports Al-Rai daily.

Al-Farsi asserted this is a violation of the laws of the authority as the action is considered infringement on State property and destruction of the aesthetic view of the street. He affirmed that PAAAFR registered a case against the person who committed the violation and attached a technical report to the case file to complete the legal procedures. He stressed that PAAAFR is keen on protecting the vegetation cover throughout the country; hence, it does not hesitate in taking legal action against anyone proven to have committed violations.
