KUWAIT CITY, Nov 11: The Kuwaiti Fencing Federation recently organized the Kuwait General Championship for juniors, featuring competitions in three fencing weapons: saber, fluorescent, and epee. A total of 114 players from various local clubs participated in the event, which took place at the Federation Hall in the Daiya area.

Abdulkarim Al-Shamlan, President of the Kuwaiti Fencing Federation, along with members of the Board of Directors, honored the winning players in each category. The results were as follows:

Fluorescent Weapon:

Gold: Ahmed Awad (Al-Shabab)
Silver: Saleh Abdul Karim (Al-Arabi)
Silver (shared): Hussein Al-Khayyat and Hussein Faraj (Al-Shabab)
Epee Weapon:

Gold: Abdullah Al-Dhafiri (Al-Jahra)
Silver: Ghazi Qaisar Al-Zamil (Al-Jahra)
Bronze (shared): Rakan Al-Harban and Nasser Al-Harban (Kuwait)
Saber Weapon:

Gold: Muhammad Abdul Karim (Al-Arabi)
Silver: Hamad Al-Shamlan (Al-Qadisiyah)
Bronze (shared): Baraa Al-Ashqar and Hussein Al-Ammari (Al-Qadisiyah)
The championship showcased the talent and skill of young fencers from various clubs, contributing to the development and promotion of fencing in Kuwait.
