The report disclosed the university administration wrongly paid social allowances to some students, contrary to the decision of the Education and Higher Education Ministry concerning payment regulations.

The amount wrongly paid during academic year 2017/2018 reached KD234,313; indicating the rate of wrong payment became uncontrolled as it increased each year and reached KD1,074,188 during academic year 2017/2018.
