KUWAIT CITY, Nov 5: Sheikh Sabah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, Chairman of the Dressage Committee at the Kuwait Equestrian Federation, praised the strong support from both the local federation and domestic clubs for dressage. He thanked all supporters of equestrian sports in general and dressage in particular, noting that their contributions have helped grow the sport, increase rider participation, and attract larger audiences.

The Kuwait Equestrian Federation Dressage Championship will take place next Saturday at 3:00 PM at the Sahara Equestrian Resort. Competitions will be held across six levels: Training, Basic, First and Second Light, and First and Second Medium, attracting riders passionate about this foundational equestrian discipline.

Sheikh Sabah highlighted the federation’s efforts over the past years, saying: “We began promoting horse dressage several years ago and had the honor of organizing numerous championships, helping the sport spread across the country.”

He also stressed that both horses and riders must be physically fit and in top condition to compete.
