Stopping entry from non banned countries currently not on agenda

KUWAIT CITY, Sep 16: All the ministers, including His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Al – Khaled, are in excellent health, and none of them have been infected with the Coronavirus so far.

The Council held its last session through video conferencing as a precautionary measure.

The sources added that, as a result of the commitment of His Highness the Prime Minister and the ministers to wear masks throughout the sessions has prevented them from getting infected so far.

Stopping entry of those coming from banned countries through transit to certain countries is not currently on the table. There has been misinformation due to the approval of the Council of Ministers to grant priority to entering the country to ten groups, explaining that these groups will enter directly and will spend the quarantine period as per the procedures the authorities in charge of implementation and coordination will announce soon.
