Step-by-step guide to integrating dependents’ civil IDs under the main sponsor in Sahel app

KUWAIT CITY, May 14: Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has outlined the procedures for completing a civil ID number integration transaction electronically through the Sahel application.

According to the authority, users must

1. Open the Sahel app and select PACI from the Services menu

2. Choose the “Civil ID Number Integration” option under the Individual Services menu

3. Applicants are then required to enter the necessary personal information and upload the required documents in the designated fields before submitting the transaction request.

4. Notification will be received from PACI once the application is reviewed and the integration letter is ready.

5. Please ensure the letter and details are reviewed by the Ministry of Interior before the card is issued

6. Return to the integration service and select “Complete Transaction” to finalize the procedures.
