Speak, so that I may see you

Socrates said to the young man who was strutting before him, boasting of his good looks and elegant attire, “Speak, so that I may see you.” A person’s words act as a mirror, reflecting the truth of their thoughts, personality, and wisdom, rather than their physical appearance or clothing. Words reveal what is inside a person, while some secrets remain hidden, no matter how much they speak.

In an interview with the staunch Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, the interviewer Hadley Gamble asked him, “Didn’t the October 7 actions disrupt normalization efforts with Arab countries?” He replied that Hamas’s goal was to disrupt that agreement with Israel, and they succeeded. When asked about his reaction to what happened in Gaza, and whether it contradicted Christian values, since it included the killing of children, mothers, and tens of thousands of innocent people, Graham replied, “Frankly, I disagree with you. What Israel did in Gaza is similar to what we did in Germany during World War II. Back then, we did not think about the German children or women before bombing and burning the city to the ground. What happened in Gaza, in my view, is similar to World War II. The entire Jewish presence was then threatened with annihilation.” The interviewer interrupted him, “Did the response to what happened require leveling Gaza to the ground?” Graham responded by saying, “This is what US forces did to the Japanese after the attack on Pearl Harbor. We leveled Hiroshima and Tokyo to end Japanese terrorism. If I were in the Israelis’ place, I wouldn’t hesitate to wipe Gaza off the face of the earth. What Israel is doing, or has done, to Hamas is exactly what we did to the Germans and the Japanese.” No comment. Just speak, Mr. Graham, so I can see you.

Meanwhile, in an attempt to excuse or justify the actions of the Zionist and global pimp Epstein, someone posted on X account stating that Epstein did all his deeds without holding an official position, while Saddam and his sons held official titles. He explained that those who attended Epstein’s parties did so willingly, while those who attended Saddam’s parties were brought by force. Epstein’s parties featured music, while Saddam’s parties involved gunfire and ended in death. Epstein committed suicide, while Saddam killed millions before he was hanged.

Some people had to speak up or write so we could see them for who they truly are. How can any rational person accept this logic? And how could they allow themselves to make such a flawed comparison? There is no equivalence between the actions of the criminal Epstein and the actions of Saddam, his sons, and his cronies, who committed crimes against their neighbors and their people. The Epstein case is entirely different, and there is no comparison between the two, except perhaps to find an excuse for the latter. It will take time to see the full extent of the political, moral, and human devastation that Epstein left behind. The snowball continues to roll and grow larger day by day, revealing new names, victims, and accomplices. Perhaps this will ultimately lead to the biggest political scandal and the most dangerous case of blackmail and espionage in modern history, as the terrifying scale and the significant and dangerous positions of those who fell into Epstein’s trap continue to be revealed. Although the Epstein case is still in its early stages, it has already shaken the governments of several countries, and much is still in its infancy.
