Social Media Prostitution Networks Busted by Kuwait’s Criminal Investigation

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 4: The Ministry of Interior successfully uncovered and monitored three networks engaged in prostitution and promotion of their services through various social media platforms. Following the acquisition of the required legal permissions, law enforcement authorities arrested a total of 19 expats, both men and women of Asian nationality, involved in these illicit operations.

During the operation, numerous smartphones used for promotional purposes and tools associated with these unlawful activities were confiscated. The apprehended individuals, along with the seized items, have been handed over to the appropriate authorities to initiate necessary legal actions against them.
