KUWAIT CITY, June 15: Minister of Social Affairs, Family and Childhood Affairs Dr. Amthal Al-Huwailah chaired an expanded meeting on Sunday to review recent developments and assess the strategic stockpile of essential commodities.
According to a press statement issued by the ministry, the meeting brought together undersecretaries and key officials to discuss the ministry’s preparedness to address current and potential challenges. Discussions focused on enhancing the efficiency of institutional responses under various scenarios.
During the meeting, Minister Al-Huwailah emphasized the importance of reinforcing coordination among the ministry's sectors and adopting proactive strategies to support Kuwait’s social protection system. She underscored the need for readiness in the face of evolving circumstances.
