KUWAIT CITY, Aug 25: The General Administration of Narcotics Control foiled an attempted smuggling attempt of 80 kilograms of hashish and meth (shabu) inside Kuwaiti territorial waters. While conducting the operation a smuggler shot at the coast guard patrols. They were dealt with resulting in 2 deaths and the 3rd smuggler was injured.
