Shop & Win campaign at City Centre to mark year-end festive season

City Centre, one of the leading hypermarket groups in the Middle East, is launching a slew of promotional sales, huge discount offers and a mega ‘shop and win’ campaign, ahead of the year-end festive season.

The ‘Shop & Win’ campaign which kicks-off on 17 November at all City Centre outlets in the country, as well as online at www.cchyper.com, is slated to run for seven weeks until 4 January 2022. To give the campaign a further splash of spice, a super 50-percent sale will also commence on 17 November, when items on the aisle will be available at unbelievable half-prices. 

During the ‘Shop & Win’ promotion period, shoppers are automatically entered into an electronic draw through a digital coupon every time they spend KD5 at any City Centre branch, including at any of the in-store outlets of the hypermarket such as Vivenza, Atlas, Al-Rifai, International Mill, Daiso, Al-Mujeza Honey, and Oman Sweets.

Seventy winners will be picked each week and shoppers could win one of three enticing cash prizes of KD1,000, KD2,000, or KD5,000, as well as be entitled to the grand draw of KD10,000.

In addition, two additional festive offers are set to run during the duration of the ‘Show & Win’ campaign, with special Christmas offers starting on 22 December, and the immensely popular ‘White Friday’ sale being held on 24 December. 

During the Christmas sale, City Centre will be importing a variety of Xmas-themed products, specifically ordered to mark the festive occasion from the global UK-brand Waitrose, as well as other well-known retail brands.

In the meantime, City Centre’s newly developed mobile app is proving to be exceedingly popular with shoppers. The app allows for selection from a wide range of exclusive brands available only with City Centre, as well as other exciting offers on new and trendy products that are easily accessible on mobile.

A unique scanner feature on the app, allows users to scan the barcode on a product and add it to their cart on the go. A recipe feature not only teaches you how to cook a dish, but you can also add the ingredients to your cart in one click.

The City Centre app can be downloaded from the hypermarket’s online site at www.cchyper.com or from Google Play for android mobiles, and from the App Store for iOS devices.

The multiple promotions and bargain sales being offered by City Centre as the year draws to a close, is part of the regionally-grown retailer’s commitment to its slogan of ‘Get More, Save More’.
