KUWAIT CITY, May 25: Chair of the Kuwaiti and Asian Aquatics Federation Sheikh Khaled Al-Badr says 2025 marked the beginning of a new era dedicated to supporting women, by removing all obstacles and creating an environment that encourages their expanded participation in water sports for all age groups.
In a press statement, Sheikh Khaled Al-Badr affirmed that achieving this goal requires close collaboration between the Kuwait Aquatics Federation, sports clubs, the Ministry of Education, sports academies, and parents.
He highlighted that women possess the capacity and energy to achieve outstanding accomplishments equal to those of men.
Sheikh Khaled Al-Badr concluded by stressing that supporting women’s participation is a shared priority for everyone at present.
