The 51-year-old actress graced the star-studded event, held at Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City on Tuesday, and took the opportunity to share a health update amid her ongoing battle with multiple sclerosis.

Blair expressed, "My health is good. I've been in remission since I had a bone marrow transplant to halt the progression of the MS, which had been a burning issue for many, many years." She also mentioned the time it took to recover from the procedure, which she underwent in 2021, but highlighted her current state of improved strength and stamina.

The actress affirmed that her health was "good" and that she was now channeling her time and efforts into supporting and helping others. She spoke of her journey in the latter part of her life, emphasizing the importance of her newfound community and the fulfillment she derives from being a voice for others.

At the Glamour Women of the Year Awards gala, Selma Blair was honored as one of the night's recipients, and she reflected on the significance of the recognition in light of her public health battle.
