KUWAIT CITY, Aug 28: A citizen has reported a case of fraud involving an amount of KD 400 against an unknown person who promised to sell horse stalls for this amount. According to security sources, the citizen told Jahra policemen that he had reached an agreement with an individual he did not know personally to buy horse stalls for KD 400. However, after receiving the payment, the seller disappeared and did not respond to calls. A case has been filed and is now under investigation.
