KUWAIT CITY, Feb 4: Securitymen have arrested three unidentified persons for stealing sand from Umm Safaq Road in Al-Wafra, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily added, the men were caught red-handed and referred to the competent authorities. A statement issued by the Public Relations and Security Media Department of the Ministry of Interior stated that personnel from Al-Wafra police station caught three drivers loading their vehicles with sand to take it to unknown destination. The statement added that the vehicles and their drivers were referred to the competent authorities to take the necessary legal measures against them.
