I would like to know the age limit and salary cap to get visit visas for my parents and parents in- law as per the Kuwait new law.Name withheld Answer: For parents (this includes the parents of both the husband and wife) a person should be earning KD 500 a month and the parents should not be over 50 years old.This age limit can be relaxed by the Director General of the Immigration Department in case of “special circumstances”.
