Russian Police Intervene as Father Threatens to Throw Baby From Window

5 month old baby was rescued by Russian Police in Saransk on 19th Aug 2019 as as her father was threatening to throw her from a window, the country’s internal affairs ministry said.
Footage released by the ministry shows police lieutenant Vasily Martynov scaling an apartment building to apprehend the man, who was standing at a third-floor window with the child.
According to the same press release, the man was immediately detained by police and the baby was taken to a medical facility.
