KUWAIT CITY, Oct 13: The Media Prosecution has detained Sheikh Abdullah Salem Al-Sabah over the verbal assault on Lt Colonel Saleh Al-Rashed, which occurred during a recorded telephone altercation and went viral on social media until investigation is concluded.
A source said Sheikh Al-Salem was referred to the Criminal Evidences Department to determine whether or not the recorded voice is his, as he denied the allegation.
