KUWAIT CITY, May 23: The MOI stated that in the framework of the development process of service sectors and in order to facilitate the citizens and expats in order to save time, effort and speed of completing transactions, the Ministry has added more features for government sector holding Article 17 to renew residence electronically (online) through the official website of the Ministry of the Interior www.moi.gov.kw .

The Department calls upon all ministries, government agencies and institutions and diplomatic missions operating in the State of Kuwait to send the names of their authorized candidates to renew the residency of their employees, including the name of the authorized signatory, the phone number and the email address. Where the details will be sent to the authorized signatory in his email, in addition to the steps of the renewal process .

The administration indicated that the authorized signatory, after activating his account will have the right to appoint a person who will be responsible to carry out the process of online for renewing the residency of their employees.
