Reconsideration for expats who could not renew their residence due to curfew and total ban

KUWAIT CITY, May 31: Those expats due to some reasons could not renew their residence and prevented them from renewing their residence before security restrictions were placed their cases will be examined after opening of passport residence offices where by they will pay fines till the start of closure date was announced. After that they will not pay fines and they will be exempted.

All those whose visits or residencies have ended and are facing obstacles such as fingerprint will be extended until August 31. 

Earlier the ministry opened the renewal of all kinds of visit visas online for a 1 KD per month for specific days, this service was stopped and replaced with automatic renewal for 3 months from 31st May 2020 till 31st Aug 2020. Also visit visas expiring within this period will be automatically renewed till 31st Aug 2020.

Students who are close to 18 years and need to do fingerprinting as well as the Bangladeshi and Nepalis there is no renewal of them without a fingerprint.
