First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef Al-Sabah stands in honor of the national anthem at the graduation ceremony.

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 18: First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef Al-Sabah attended the graduation ceremony of the 14th batch of female graduates from the Women’s Police Institute – a total of 171 graduates, including 132 lieutenants, 31 warrant officers and eight sergeants, reports Al-Seyassah daily. The ceremony was held at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET) Theater in Shuwaikh, with acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior Major General Ali Misfer Al-Adwani and several security officials in attendance.

In his speech at the ceremony, Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef congratulated the graduates on joining the security institution, stressing that this is a great honor and responsibility that necessitates discipline, commitment, and a sense of responsibility. He urged the graduates to set an example in the fields of giving and discipline, and to put the interests of the nation above all else, embodying their sworn commitment as a firm approach in their professional performance. He underscored the importance of pursuing self-development through education and the acquisition of knowledge to keep pace with emerging security challenges. He wished the graduates success in their professional duties, hoping that Allah will continue to bless Kuwait with security and stability under the wise leadership of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah -- Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled.

After the speech of Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef, acting Director of the Women’s Police Institute, Colonel Adhari Al-Safiread the ministerial decree and the graduates’ results. Major Fahad Al-Dughji delivered a welcoming speech in his capacity as master of ceremonies, expressing the graduates’ pride in joining the security institution. The ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a speech of Assistant Director General of the Saad Al-Abdullah Academy for Administrative Affairs at the Women’s Police Institute, Colonel Iman Boland. A documentary film was then shown, highlighting the institute’s activities and training programs. The graduates took the Pledge of Allegiance, led by Lieutenant Colonel Fatima Anbar. Lieutenant Colonel Fatima Dashti announced the names of outstanding graduates, and Lieutenant Colonel Dalal Al-Rajhi presented the certificates to all the graduates.
