Public Indecency Exploitation Ring Exposed: 10 Expats Arrested

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 4: As part of ongoing efforts to monitor and address violations of public decency standards, the General Department of Criminal Investigations represented by the Criminal Investigation Departments of Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate and Hawally Governorate has apprehended 10 expats of various nationalities on charges of public indecency for financial gain.

The suspects were arrested for engaging in illicit acts contrary to public morals in exchange for money. They have been referred to the relevant authorities to face all necessary legal procedures for their violations.

The Criminal Security Sector emphasizes its continuous work to identify and stop all activities that breach ethical codes of conduct in public spaces. The department will continue proactive investigations to apprehend anyone exploiting principles of decency for profit and hold them accountable to the full extent of the law.
