KUWAIT CITY, Oct 31: The Public Authority for Manpower has announced the relocation of its Manpower Needs Assessment Units for the governorates of Farwaniya, the Capital, and Mubarak Al-Kabeer to the Hawally Labor Department building located in the Shuhada area (Ministries Area). The move will take effect on Sunday, November 2, 2025.
In a statement posted on its official account on the “X” platform on Friday, the Authority clarified that all manpower needs assessment applications and related transactions can now be submitted and monitored electronically through the “Ashal” service platform.
