KUWAIT CITY, March 23: The Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) endorsed the proposal to increase the salaries and financial benefits of its staff including allowances, salary scales and premiums to be equal with their counterparts in other public institutions after the merger with the Manpower and Government Restructuring Program (MGRP), reports Al-Shahid daily.
Sources said the increment is not less than KD 200 for employees who have no salary scale, while the increase in financial benefits is applicable to all staff including officials or those occupying leadership posts Sources added the authority adopted the increments with the budget for the next fiscal year, noting the financial overdue will be paid along with the salary for April.
