Spread of the phenomenon of flying gravel and potholes

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 16: Several members of the public have filled potholes on the roads using sandbags to ensure accidents that may be caused by these potholes on many roads in the country can be avoided. Some others have placed car tires to draw the attention of motorists to the presence of huge potholes that may cause damages to their vehicles or even cause an accident.

In the face of the escalation of complaints by citizens and residents about the spread of the phenomenon of flying gravel and potholes in a number of main and internal roads in the wake of the recent wave of rain, the Ministry of Public Works announced that it had identified the sites of potholes and start repairing them according to a plan developed by concerned sectors.
