KUWAIT CITY, Nov 9: Personnel from the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) have recommended that a type of a drug which was smuggled into the country by a member of the National Guard to list of prohibited narcotic substances, reports Al-Anba daily. The daily added, the suspect who ‘imported’ that drug said it was glass cleaning liquid and in fact he had been selling one milliliter of the drug for one dinar.
The security authorities had found with the suspect three liters of the material and his friend was caught red-handed while promoting the drug. At the time of arrest a quantity of the substance was found with the suspect and the case was referred to the Public Prosecution.
