KUWAIT CITY, Nov 24: An accident on the Seventh Ring Road killed one motorist on the spot at dawn today. The accident was dealt with by firemen. One of the vehicles which was involved in the accident overturned upon impact, according to Ministry of Interior sources. It is not known what caused the accident.
