KUWAIT CITY, Mar 15: The Cyber Crime Department arrested a second Egyptian expat who appeared in a video which went viral expressing his opposition to Kuwaits decisions steps taken in preventing spread of coronavirus
Before this an Egyptian expat was arrested two days ago after he also appeared in a video clip, mocking the decisions of the Ministry of Health safety precautions regarding the coronavirus.
