Olympic team kicks off training camp in Bangkok

BANGKOK, Aug 12: The Kuwait Olympic team begins its training sessions today at its camp in Thailand as it prepares for the Group B stage of the Asian Cup qualifiers. The group features Japan, Afghanistan, and Myanmar, with Myanmar hosting the matches from September 1 to 9. The final tournament is set to be held in Saudi Arabia next January.

The team delegation arrived in Bangkok yesterday, led by Dr. Ahmed Ajab, a member of the Federation’s Board of Directors. The group includes the technical, administrative, and medical staff, along with 21 players.
