No tinting of windshields in Kuwait

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 18: Ministerial Resolution No. 1398/2025 allows tinting of vehicle windows at a rate not exceeding 50 percent, while the front windshield facing the driver should remain transparent. A security source stated that the resolution prohibits the use of reflective or mirror tints. The source explained that tinting of the side and rear windows is allowed, excluding the windshield.
