KUWAIT CITY: The Ministry of Interior is taking count of the North Koreans into the country in view of enforcing a decision which was recently issued by Kuwait. The daily added, according to the decision no new visas will be issued to the North Koreans workers and those who hold valid permit will not have their residence renewed. However, according to reliable sources, about 3,000 North Koreans work in the country. Sources said the ministry has given orders to the directors of the Residence Affairs Departments in the six governorates not to renew their visas. Those whose residence permits expire must leave the country immediately.
