‘New law on early retirement to be executed shortly’

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 20: The new “early retirement law”, which was approved by the government and the National Assembly, will be implemented after a decree is issued to amend the provisions of the articles that were amended in the current insurance law, reports Al-Anba daily quoting informed sources.

In response to a question concerning the date of implementation of the law, the sources said the law will become effective after the decree is published in the official gazette and Public Institution for Social Security is notified. They indicated that the implementation procedures will be followed by opening the door for those wishing to retire provided they meet the specified conditions
