I am currently working under government projects visa 18. I got a new job offer in another company. I am having problem right now because i should wait for 90 days before they will release me. My new company cannot wait for that timeframe. So I am asking an advice for you about my situation.

Answer: The ninety days wait we believe is the mandatory 3-month notice period within which you must serve your current employers before your request for a release can be granted. If that is so and your employers are insisting that you serve the notice period, we cannot give you any advice to the contrary, except to suggest that you explore the possiblity of offering a monetary compensation on condition that the company will be opened to that idea.
