KUWAIT CITY, Jan 19: An unidentified Nepali, born in 1967 and working as a maid, has allegedly ended her life by hanging at the house of her sponsor in Al-Oyoun, reports Al-Anba daily.

In her statement the sponsor said she did not notice any symptoms that would lead the maid to end her life. She also said if the maid had wanted to leave for her home, she would agree. A case has been registered at the Taima Police Station.

Meanwhile, a Kuwaiti owner of a company has filed a case accusing the company’s accountant of breach of trust, reports Al-Rai daily. The complainant said the suspect stole a big sum of money from the company and did not show up for work for nearly a week.
