KUWAIT CITY, Aug 14: Kuwait Municipality has announced the launch of an electronic program for the issuance and renewal of health licenses and advertisements, effective from today, Wednesday. This initiative aligns with government directives to offer electronic services to citizens and simplify their access.

Yousef Al-Azmi, Deputy Director General of the Development and Information Sector, highlighted that this program is part of a broader set of electronic services introduced by the municipality in recent times. The purpose of these services is to enhance the integrated digital framework, saving time and effort for the public by streamlining and simplifying procedures for accessing organized electronic services.

Al-Azmi also noted that all branches of the municipality across the governorates have been instructed to finalize transactions under the previous system and transition to the new electronic program starting today. He emphasized that these new electronic services are expected to ease procedures and increase financial revenues from municipal services.
