KUWAIT CITY, June 20: The Kuwait national futsal team lost to Morocco by 4-6 in the opening match of the Arab Futsal Cup, which is currently being held in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Kuwait's goals were scored by Abdul Rahman Al-Taweel (dual), Abdul Latif Al-Abbasi and Saleh Al-Fadil. On the other hand, Idris Rais scored for Morocco a Super Hattrick (4 goals), Youssef Jawad and Abdellatif Fati.

The Moroccan team in the first minutes scored through Rais from a long-range shot, the Kuwaiti player Al-Taweel equalized the score (1-1). In the second half the Moroccan team advanced (4-2), through Al-Fini and Jawad. The Kuwaiti team responded with two goals, through Al-Taweel and Al-Fadil.  With the match approaching its end, the Moroccan players took advantage of the mistakes of Kuwait's defensive line and scored two consecutive goals and the match ended (6-4).
