KUWAIT CITY, May 13: No one is above the law, said Kuwait’s First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior and Acting Minister of Defense Sheikh Talal Khaled Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah. His remark came while supervising the seizure of 152kg of hashish, 8kg of marijuana, 2kg of shabu, 150,000 Captagon pills and one million Lyrica tablets, in addition to 5 unlicensed firearms and live ammunition on Saturday.
The minister affirmed that the rule of law applies to everybody, commending anti-narcotics’ personnel for their tireless efforts, according to a statement from the Ministry of Interior’s general department of security relations and media (KUNA)
