KUWAIT CITY, Sept 5: The Ministry of Interior stated that the owners of home delivery companies to abide by the following requirements
1. The driver of the vehicle who delivers orders should carry a health certificate issued by the Food Authority
2. A sticker of the company should be put on the vehicle
3. Residence (Visa) of the driver should be the same of the company he is working for
4. The driver of the vehicle/motorcycle should wear a uniform
The above requirements will come into force from 1st Oct 2022, calling upon all the owners of the company to abide by the instructions. Whoever violates these above conditions will have the license revoked and legal measures will be taken against them. This comes in the interest of the General Traffic Department that contributes towards improving traffic on the roads and ensuring safety of Kuwaitis and expats vehicles.
