MOH to look into dismissal of a Kuwaiti doctor

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 17: Kuwait Medical Association has asked the Ministry of Health to look into the dismissal of a Kuwaiti doctor in order to know the details and to determine if the doctor was treated unjustly or not to take the necessary action in this regard, reports Al-Qabas daily.

In a press statement, the association affirmed support for all doctors and that it is always ready to protect their rights through its Legal Office, which provides services to any doctor who feels he has been mistreated.

The association clarified it does not accept the dismissal of any doctor — whether Kuwaiti or expatriate, unless proven that they have violated ethics of the medical profession.
