MoE ensures books distributed before schools begin the new scholastic year

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 12: The Department of Supplies and Stores at the Ministry of Education, said the distribution of secondary school books to three educational zones have been completed and the ministry is in the process of distributing them to the other regions, reports Al-Rai daily. The ministry indicated preparations for the supply of books to the elementary and intermediate stages will begin soon as these books are supplied by the printing presses to the ministry’s stores.

The ministry affirmed it is keen to distribute books to all before Oct 4, 2020, the day on which the schools will begin the new scholastic year. The ministry said it appreciates the efforts exerted by the Department of Supplies and Stores, which work nonstop even on Fridays and Saturdays to distribute books to the schools before the start of the school year, despite the difficulties caused by the corona pandemic.
