Two mobile units in each health zone

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 7: In continuation of the efforts of the mobile medical units to provide Corona vaccination, the Ministry of Health announced the launch of the mobile unit service for vaccinating the bedridden, starting from, Monday, after the opening of the door for receiving requests for vaccination for this segment last week, reports Al-Anba daily. In this regard, the Ministry announced it has allocated two mobile units in each health zone.

The ministry says it will continue to receive vaccination requests, and called on the bedridden people and their families to register through the vaccination platform, in the interest of their health and safety.

In line with the statement of the Health Ministry that gatherings like weddings and other types of parties contributed to the increase in the number of people infected with COVID-19 for the first time since November last year, Kuwait Municipality spokesperson Muhammad Al-Mutairi unveiled a plan to intensify the inspection of wedding halls and removal of tents in front of houses in compliance with the directives of health authorities, reports Al-Jarida daily.
