KUWAIT CITY, June 10: The Ministry of Health, represented by Dr. Iman Al-Awadhi, Director of the Nursing Services Department, has announced the holding of two training courses aimed at enhancing the skills of 100 training staff. The first course focused on emergency management at primary healthcare centers and spanned four days. It featured the expertise of Othman Muhammad Abu Samra, a visiting expert from Johns Hopkins Hospital in the United States.

Dr. Al-Awadhi further elaborated that the second session centered on support skills and managing patients with chronic non-communicable diseases. This course, also lasting four days, engaged approximately 50 male and female trainees from the nursing staff of primary care centers within the Ministry of Health. The training was conducted under the guidance of visiting expert Dr. Ali Samaha from the University of Beirut.
