KUWAIT CITY, May 15: The State Minister for Municipal Affairs Eng Waleed Khalifa Al-Jassem, directed the administrative department of the Kuwait Municipality to stop appointing expatriates and reduce their numbers and strive to support and provide job opportunities for Kuwaiti nationals in implementation of the replacement policy.
