KUWAIT CITY, Oct 22: The Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy made an official announcement regarding the implementation of their electronic messaging system for both sending and receiving correspondence with both individuals and companies, reports Al-Rai daily.

The Ministry has called upon interested companies to complete the registration process by filling out the necessary form on the Ministry's website or by visiting the Public Registry Department located within the Ministry's building, where they can fill out the form and have it approved.

The Ministry has provided specific requirements for companies looking to complete the registration process, including the submission of an authorization letter from their company, the delivery of letters and correspondences, a valid copy of the civil ID for authorized representatives, and a valid company signature from the Public Authority for Manpower.

It's important to note that the Ministry has specified that original invoices should be manually delivered to the appropriate authorities within the Ministry.

However, it has been emphasized that the manual receipt of correspondences and documents will cease three months after the Ministry's official announcement.
